Equitable Resources for Change provides consulting, coaching, and facilitation services for philanthropic organizations, non-profits, and individuals.

Our mission is to ensure the social sector is sufficiently and equitably resourced to grow and sustain healthy, thriving, values-based organizations, build powerful and lasting movements, and drive transformational change.

Change-making is people-driven, heart-centered work that requires humility, collaboration, and longevity. We believe in the power of building authentic, trusting relationships with our partners and between philanthropy and the groups they support.
